Product Returns

Nuvation Energy is committed to your satisfaction. Please follow these steps to return a product for warranty reasons.

Step 1: Open a Support Ticket

To request a warranty return, please open a support ticket using the 'help' button at the bottom-right of any page. 

Please provide the model and the serial number of the product, along with a detailed description of the issue.

Our support team will attempt to remedy the situation.

Step 2: Complete the RMA Request

In the event we cannot remedy your situation, our RMA team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

The RMA will be issued against the serial numbers of the products to be returned. Once the RMA number has been issued, you will receive an email explaining the return process.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Please do NOT return the product without an RMA number.

Package the product matching the serial number provided in the RMA form. To protect the product during shipping it must be packaged in its original packaging.

If you do not have the original packaging, please contact us for guidance. Any damages incurred during return shipment will void the warranty and the product will be returned to you at your expense.

 

We will keep you posted on the progress of your RMA once we receive it.
